Youth as Champions (YAC) was a cohort nvolving high school and college-aged youth from geographically and racial/ethnically diverse backgrounds. Our youth were empowered to see themselves as part of the solution to diversify the teacher workforce.
In this program, YAC participants learned how to create impactful social media about elevating the teaching profession.
