Youth as Champions (YAC) was a pilot cohort of four enthusiastic youth-serving organizations involving high school and college-aged youth from geographically and racial/ethnically diverse backgrounds. Our youth were empowered to see themselves as part of the solution to diversify the teacher workforce.

In this program, YAC participants learned how to create impactful social media about elevating the teaching profession.
