Meet Our Marketing and Advertising Partners at Neka Creative
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Neka Creative on the advertising and digital marketing elements of our work at Elevate Teaching.
Rosemary Ugboajah and her team of marketing and creative professionals bring over ten years of experience building inclusive brands. The agency was built on the vision to “be the role model for inclusivity.” That means voices are heard with deep consideration. Cultures are aligned with inspired direction.
Neka Creative will lead us through their holistic approach of bringing different perspectives, histories, experiences, needs and motivations together as we create content to inspire the next generation of teachers!

Workshop at Student-Centered Learning for Equity 2024 Conference
On May 7th, we joined Teach for America at the SCL4E 2024 on a joint workshop, "Leveraging Youth-Adult Co-Creation Framework to Reimagine Approaches to Teacher Recruitment and Training." Together we shared tools on leveraging an intergenerational and multicultural co-creation approach to centering youth as change agents in their schools and communities and champions for the teacher profession.
Career Fair at Monticello High School
The Elevate Teaching team hosted at table at Monticello High School Career Fair on May 8. The career fair was offered to all 9th-12th graders reaching over 1400 students, engaging them in conversations on the key messages about teaching! Teaching is Opportunity resonated strongly with students, as they noted we will always need teachers no matter how advanced technology or AI is, referencing the pandemic as a memorable example.
Why Elevate Teaching Video
We believe that the teaching profession is worth elevating. It is up to us to take back part of the story.
"To all of us who would never consider teaching because of the pursuit of excess money, jobs that have higher power and status...this pursuit ultimately separates us from the most life altering thing available to us, which is human connection." - Lyle Dandridge, St Paul Public Schools
We invite you to watch this video and share it along with your reason for elevating the teaching profession!
